Neighbor Helping Neighbor The Colonial Virginia Chapter of the American Red Cross touches the lives of thousands in Williamsburg and James City County every year. Assisting neighbors left homeless after a fire; giving a ride to someone who needs to receive vital medical services; or teaching the skills to save the life of a son or daugter who falls into swimming pool, or out of a tree. The staff of the Red Cross is 97% volunteers - your friends and neighbors, pitching in to help out. Join us today - make a gift, and make a difference. Turn Your Compassion Into Action Your donation enables local Red Cross volunteers to turn your compassion into action. All local disaster assistance is given free, supported by contributions from the community. Join the local heroes that volunteer their time to help their neighbors; give a gift to the Colonial Virginia Chapter. Give however you can - we'll accept whatever you're able to give, including cash contributions, securities, property, equipment, goods, or services. Because so much of our work is done by volunteers, you can be sure that more of your gift goes directly to help those in need. Simply print and fill out the gift form and mail your gift to the Colonial Virginia Chapter. Now you can also give a gift of stock.
